I know this is HDR but I processed it using summation and as one single photo but this bracketed HDR is the one I like the best. I had to mask the background to reduce the saturation and add a little more blur so it didn't compete with the hydrant. Having fun with the variety of photos I took Sunday. Have more birds, more flowing water, more flowers and more mill shots I want to post. Thanks for all you wonderful support and glad you like my hooded mergansers tomorrow it will be ring necked ducks.
This is different for you... well done on trying something new: if we always do what we always do. we always get what we always get. Now Joan the grunge artist - that's certainly a departure!
I like the textures and colors. And wouldn't you know, the City came around today and flushed all of the fire hydrants. Is that what you call it when they let the water out?...
No, I wasn't quick enough. They were done by the time I was able to bring my dog back inside and find my camera. The water gushing out of the hydrant with such force was quite a sight, though. :o
with background that's depth to photo. Has a 3D quality
