A portrait

My get-pushed challenge was to do a portrait. My best chance was at work. I knew Anthony would go along with me. The lighting was horrible and all I had was my tablet. I have tried to color over the highlights on his face and probably have done a terrible job. I am better at candids or a sneaky shot.
@la_photographic here is my portrait. Not my strong suit.

Not bad for something that was out of your comfort zone! As for the lighting I'm sure there is a way around that but portraits are not my strong suit either so I don't know what it is. But I think it's a good try.

On a completely different note- I've been trying to find a time to schedule a trip to Maine and have run into some scheduling difficulties- mostly for good reasons- a niece getting married at the end of August (in VT.) a promise made by hubby to visit friends in Cape Cod and a birthday visit to grandson Sam in June. And I seem to have misplaced the slip of paper I wrote down when was a good time for you. So I'm starting all over again. Of course, I don't want to assume anything on your part either- so maybe you could email me what's best for you, places to stay nearby and I can see what fits in this crazy turn my life seems to have taken all of a sudden. Olivetreeann@mail.com Thanks!!
