Gives a new meaning to "Laid to rest."

I was out shooting some pictures recently and drove into a cemetery to ty to get a picture of some tomb stones with the foliage in the background when I spotted this. Wanted to post tonight so it willl be on my project for Halloween day. I of course had to give it a "noir" processing.

Oh my- that is well, sort of tacky! Haha- "beloved mother who has come back to haunt us" comes into my mind. I'm sure the living had a reason to do this, but it sure looks funny in an eerie sort of way to me- what's that, satire? Good idea with the processing- it works perfectly with the subject matter.

Someone has a sense of humour. Nice find. We had a similar thing in our local cemetery. Someone went to the papers and complained so it was taken down. Mind you, it was a hanging skeleton :-/
