Okay, I am ready to post some color. I love bw but the sunrise was lovely. Flash of Red month is like company. I love to see it come and I love to see it go. LOL I loved how the sun spilled across the water and dumped on the front edge of the rocks. We are having lots of wind so not taking any pictures today on my way to and from work unless I see something really unsual.
Your narrative made me smile Joan, this is my first time doing Flash of Red but I am looking forward to some colour again. I have enjoyed doing it and learnt a lot though
I remember the first time I did FoR in February 2014 just one month into my project. I was fearful about my chances of completing a whole month in B& W and now, of course, I do little else.. it takes time to love it I guess.
@vignouse I love black and white but a soft colored sunrise is pretty special. I think I get tired of all the bw and you can tell that people are struggling about now. Next month is rainbow and I will be ready to scream by the end of that too. Not doing that myself.
@joansmor I'm struggling too - not because of the B&W but because of the imposed themes. I don't do sunrises as I'm otherwise engaged at that time... Mrs S deputises for me! And 'rainbow month' is not for me either but I'm glad that it brings pleasure to a lot of folk on here.
@vignouse I couldn't stick with the themes and Ann said that was okay they were only suggestions. I love at the end of rainbow month when they do a group of all their posts so pretty. But I love that we can all do what we want. Pick and choose. There are so many people with so many different styles it is just amazing. The things I have learned just blows my mind.
Difficult to please aren't we?!
