Spring found

Its starting to look like spring here but more snow tonight and tomorrow- not a great deal, thank goodness.

These blossoms with their orange stamens are particularly 'lively'. I've never seen such wide awake flowers so early in the season. Do you know what they are?

Very pretty flowers and very unusual orange color of the anthurs. Do you know what kind of tree that is?

@s4sayer The signs of spring are just very tender now, I've seen small blossoms and buds so far, I think that maybe this tree is a flowering cherry but not sure.
@mbrutus I noticed the blossoms right away, there are very few so far, not sure if a flowering cherry or not.

Nice capture of the pretty blossoms, they have been out here for a few weeks now, so nice to see them.
