Sunrise at the forest

I am not sure if these exposed trees are part of the 'Ghost Forest" ( https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/neskowin-ghost-forest ). I didn't bring my puddle stoppers so I couldn't cross the stream which is where the majority of the forest is. I hope to be better prepared next time. This was taken on the north side of Proposal Rock at Neskowin Oregon.
