@gardenfolk Thank you, the dry lakes were the perfect spot to get lots of sun. The north side of the San Francisco Peaks is much more arid than where I live (on the south side). @golftragic I like the way that the flares went vertical this time even though it wasn't high noon.
@frappa77 Thank you so much. @haskar Thank you a great deal. @pistache Must be being out in the middle of the Arizona desert:):) @quietpurplehaze Thank you so much. @ziggy77 Thank you. @henrir Thank you, the area between Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon is rather isolated and dry. @gamelee Thank you so much. @megpicatilly Very grateful for the fav. I tipped my camera up towards the sun to catch the flare but not look directly into the sun. @domenicododaro Thank you so much, the high desert in Arizona has strange things happen all the time :):) @jernst1779 Maybe! The Martian might reconsider sticking around. :):) @eudora Thank you so much.
@tstb13 Here at 7000 elevation, strange things happen all the time LOL
