I had an shock to the system with school starting this morning and lessened the blow by meeting @lucypics for a lovely early walk on the Gogs. A quick dash home ensued so that I could get Rachel to the optician and then a swift cycle ride to meet friends in town for lunch. And then I took the long route home so I could catch Mr Playmobil on Jesus Lane and I paid for it when I hit a brisk headwind and wished I'd chosen the sheltered alternative. Also this dashing means there in a long list of work to do tomorrow...
What a cool capture! Was that figure in the window? So many interesting elements here with the moving bike, and that mannequin staring out, the brick wall, and all those locked up bikes lining up the edge....your busy day turned into a nice shot!
I think you sussed this shot out beforehand & waited til the time was right....very organised of you Judith! I can't help thinking younare in a different country than us....shorts, bare arms!! It sounds an ideal sort of day & well worth the neglected jobs!
"Dashing away with the smoothing iron" Sometimes its great to dash - means our days are full of things we want to do! You have got a bike with a basket on - so good to see!
