Coconut Ice... Pink for May..

I made some Coconut Ice yesterday for the family when they came to visit, and to be also able to use it for a 'pink photo'.. Granddaughter's tell me they are going sugar/ lolly free for a while so can not eat it... lucky the other family will be happy to take it on.. cause Nana doesn't need it.. I have Included the Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon into this shot as well .. Pink Ribbon being the symbol for Breast Cancer Research month of May (In NZ)..
