This beautiful Peony was amongst the flowers I got for my birthday... I love Peonies, but we can not grow them in the North of the North Island (NZ) it is just too warm and winters do not get cold enough, so it is nice to get the odd few in a flower arrangement ... They were a tight dark pink bud when I got them and now they are opening and also changing colour, this one is still pink and the others are creamy yellow...
