Playing with fire... by julzmaioro

Playing with fire...

Went down to the beach tonight with Farmer George and @dide and did a bit of playing with fire.. after a few false starts we finally got the 'hang' of it and came out with a few ok shots.. Had a lot of fun and will do it again soon...
Great job Julia! Fav

@julzmaioro haha, yes, take plenty of steel wool pads. I ran out way too quickly. And this may seem a little over the top but I brought my portable blow torch with me to get the fire going. It did an outstanding job at setting them alight , even in the wind.

Wow fantastic shot. We have got a session like this planned for our photo club outing in a couple of months time. Not sure I would fancy being the one doing the spinning though.

First good on George for helping & wielding the fire stick! Great idea & it has produced some lovely images. Really effective patterns Julz!

Great shot. I've had a go at this technique myself and it is always great fun to do. I love the way the sparks bounce when they hit the ground.

@onewing Yes there are a few singed spots on his hat and jersey.. but no Husbands were harmed in this activity... @happypat
