While out and about with our Host for the weekend we were take to this magnificent spot.. The Waitete Viaduct just South of Te Kuiti Completed in 1889. It is 118 feet high and 400 feet long and is a fantastic piece of Engineering.. at first I cursed the tree that was right in front of it but very pleased that it was not covered in leaves..
