@dide and I went to our favourite Camera Shop today .. and manage to escape without spending too much money.. so we were able to treat ourselves to a nice lunch at the seaside suburb of St Heliers ( Auckland) .. we then went for a little drive to check out the views.. like how the lovely Pohutukawa tree framed the view back to the city and the Sky Tower..
Beautifully framed Julz! Did you buy anything between you, I can't imagine you went in just for a look! I didn't spend anything in the camera shop, either though I was tempted. Had a look & my camera is in a poor way bug must last a bit longer yet. It's making a strange noise when the shutter goes across. I am not fit with cameras, I chuck them in my bag without lens caps on, drop them & generally abusecthem. On the other hand the guy in the shop said I am using my camera every day whereas some like Harry might use his three times a year!
The sky tower looks good with the natural framing. @happypat - we did get let off lightly with our purchases. I was eyeing up a new lens..... A mortgage and a strong assistant to carry it would have sealed the deal!
