Tip number one for coming to Iceland: Come with your best friends, Taffy and Jim and hire Pall Petursson as your guide.
Another tip for coming to a country in which you will take LOTS of photos: empty your computer hard drive, back up everything to the cloud, bring LOTS more memory cards than you think you can ever use (like more than 128GB I brought for the week). Can you tell I'm dealing with space issues???
This is at the top of my news feed and I am just blown away!! What fabulous sight for you all to see!! I am soooooo jealous!! This is really breathtaking Junko!! Top shot!! Huge Fav!
Spectacular shot of the lime colored lights! You and Taffy are so fortunate
to be in the right place at the right time to witness and record the magic.
It's my dream to do the same sometime soon.
Wow. I am just so envious of you all being in Iceland. It is SO on my list of places to visit. And I will go one day, for sure! I will remember the name of that guide too! What a fantastic opportunity for you all and what a great shot of the Aurora Borealis.
That is fantastic. So wonderful to have that experience to see and to capture the northern lights. I imagine you have lots of incredible images and it must be very hard to just choose one.
Oh my goodness gracious me, this is a stunning sight, so pleased you're getting to see the Northern Lights. And even more pleased that you're posting photos for us to see them too. Fav for me.
As an aside, just before I saw this I had been on line ordering some more SD cards, thinking I will never need that much more.
to be in the right place at the right time to witness and record the magic.
It's my dream to do the same sometime soon.
Really nicely captured!
