Today was another meeting packed day, which meant I couldn't get out at lunch time. I stopped at Bold Point - one of my safety shot locations - on my way home. I liked the reflections from the pilings and the play of the gulls, so decided to capture this scene with one gull vacating a piling and another swooping in to occupy it.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and boost white. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
