Something's Amiss

Driving down Veteran's Parkway on my way home from work, I noticed this black smoke starting to billow up at the Port of Providence, just across Watchamocket Cove. The view coming down the parkway - which isn't visible here - suggested that this was fire related and not dust from fresh coal being delivered. Given the LNG, oil, coal, and gas surrounding that location, rapid containment would be a good thing.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, and boost black. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
