At the mall, part 2 of 2

In the center of the mall there's a play area for kids. This is a train for little kids to ride. I almost always stop to watch the kids riding and the adults waving at them as the train goes by. Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, Illinois.

That play area kind of reminds me of the one they installed at Stratford Square in Bloomingdale. I was there during the Christmas break.

Reminds me so much of the new Salem Mall. It was beautiful for several years and then teenagers began hanging out and causing problems. The adults stopped coming and the place went bankrupt. Isn't even there now but a huge empty space. Nobody wants it fearing a repeat of the last gangs.
