Robin's nest on my air conditioner!

This too is SOOC; should I try to crop it?

More of the robin. You might be able to see the baby's dark eye if you look closely. He's down in the nest looking to the right. I didn't step any closer to them because I was unsure if I'd frighten them. The parent seemed pretty calm while I was taking these, though. I guess that makes me a robin's "grandma"?!

@spock I have heard loud chirping sounds from this same spot the past couple of days. Last fall I did not take the nest off the air conditioner, because I don't know if robins will come back to last year's nest or not. I hope the chirping means they will be back, and I'll get to be their guardian again. It's so cold out right now but the nest is close to the corner of the balcony, and I hope they are out of the wind.

@kchuk That would be nice if you would have another nest of robins. Maybe they'll let you come close enough to get a great shot!
