Today I am grateful for nature's bounty and the opportunity to grow and harvest our own vegetables.
We spent much of the day cleaning up our vegetable garden's so that we could begin to get the ground ready for the next stage . We were greeted with an abundance or Beetroot, which I cleaned and peeled, before putting in the oven to roast. This will be used in salad's over the next few days. We were also fortunate to be blessed with dozen's of cherry tomatoes, which shall be served with breakfast tomorrow morning.
