I'm working towards a healthier and slimmer me. So far so good, 2 months ago I was 8 kilos heavier. It's amazing as I am eating more food than I have previously. I'm never hungry. I am utilising a weightloss program I found the books too in my cupboard, that I did over 22 years ago. Easy to follow, delicious to implement and filling.
Todays lunch is - Chicken breast, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, tabbouleh, black beans with charred corn plus mustard on the side. Delicious!
