We had dinner at the pier tonight. The place is known for it's huge ice cream cones. Gage is eating a single scoop cookies 'n cream. I thought this shot screamed summer!!
I like the close-up, very nicely framed. Question: are you shooting candidly, or getting cooperation from the model? I have a hard time asking people to pose, would love to be able to shoot better candidly.
@pablodeislanegra The model is my son. I just squatted below and to the side of him while he ate. He's so used to me being in his face with the camera that he just ate and ignored me. At one point I asked him to lean back so I wouldn't get his sister in the background but that was for a different shot.
