Not as an exciting an image as yesterday (wow... thanks for your enthusiasm on the rainbow) but I have to admit these suckers were f'ing delicious! I seriously think they were the best I've ever made in my life. I had a warm one for lunch (along with some fruit and cheese) and decided I couldn't live without having a second! I'm going to go walk on the treadmill now!!
Here's the recipe:
3 bananas mashed
1/2 cup white sugar
5 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 cups white flour
lots of chocolate chips
lots of frozen raspberries or blueberries (add them at the very end)
Bake @ 350 degrees for around 20 mins
Makes 1 dozen.
@Weezilou I just added the recipe to the photo description. They are super easy - give them a try. Maybe with some of those fresh strawberries from your photo today!!
Was about to ask for the recipe and then saw you had kindly provided it. Fabulous shot. I can smell them. Struggling with the fact I can't eat them though
@brownee56 I had my wide angle on. It was set at 35m. Do you know that if you click "EXIF" under the little monthly thumbnails you can see people's photo settings. It's a great feature.
They look yummy!
I have a similar recipe and everyone who tries them - loves them. I think bananas are the key :)
And I've never tried with blueberries, I've always used cranberries... I'll have to give it a go :D
I must make a note of this recipe as at present I'm in Italy and can't print it off. I will then wonder who posted it when I get home. They sound scrumptious
Have mercy! These look incredible, and they're definitely speaking to my sweet tooth. I've copied the recipe (sooo nice of you to provide it), and these will definitely be making an appearance in my kitchen. You photographed them so beautifully with the pretty light highlighting all their yummy goodness!
