Wasp's Nest

Thank you all for your comments and favs on my spider web shot from yesterday. I'm glad you liked it so much!!

My friend invited me over last night to see the GIANT wasp nest in her neighbour's tree. The thing is probably a foot wide (30cm). No sign of any wasps luckily.

Wasps nests are amazing works of art but this one looks like a massive carbuncle on that tree! Poor tree I feel sorry for it having been taken over by all those wasps! I bet they are all inside watching you! Thanks for showing us!
