Washed Ashore by kwind

Washed Ashore

We had a rainless windless day - first in many!! I finally got to walk the beach. I spotted this paint brush along the shore. I sure wish people would pick up after themselves... there's so much garbage on the beach it is ridiculous!
That really is a shame, you would get tired of picking it up I'm sure. Great pic though :)

One wonders whether a lot of the garbage comes from boats that get things overboard!
November 27th, 2016
Well, you're making art out of the garbage!

The way you have captured to bristles of the brush and contrasts of the stones is very effective. And yes, rubbish anywhere is so bad. I pick up bits and pieces on my walks all the time.

I know what you mean re both the relief at a rainless windless day and the upset with littering. You made a pretty photo out of it!

Although it is very sad that people are so irresponsible, it does offer some great photo opportunities. I like your shallow dof and focus

One persons rubbish is another persons photo opportunity - but it is a shame our beaches end up with so much rubbish on them. A nice shot and great use of dof!
