I watched and photographed (they paid me) an amazing baseball game between my current city and tiny former hometown this afternoon. It was the final game of the BC Provincials for boys aged 10 and 11. My son was NOT on the team so my loyalties were really mixed up. I wanted Campbell River to win because that's where I live now but secretly I think I wanted my former hometown of Ladysmith to take the gold even more. It was such an entertaining game with a final score of 4-3 for Campbell River. I got the team together for a group huddle after the medal presentation. They were rather happy to say the least!
@skipt07 The shot was total luck! I had my wide angle lens and tried to put it in the center but really couldn't tell. I rotated and cropped it just a tiny bit to get it where it is here.
Cool to see the picture of how you got this picture.
