There are so many elements of this photo that are terrific; the reflection in the water, the pattern of the stones, the bird, of course, and the blurred clouds and mountains in the background.
So much to love in this photo - I especially like the way you have used the focus/depth of field to bring out detail in the stones, the patterns in the sky background and the lovely reflections at the front. Such a great combination - quite apart from the heron him or herself. Really lovely.
