This container ship went past today - usually 3 or 4 go by each day. This was stood out as it was arranged a little differently with the giant rig placed in the middle.
It does look a bit unusual. Normally the weight carried on any ship is distributed equally on the deck. This does not seem to be the case here. Great shot.
Interesting shot of the shipping traffic. Reminds me of the game where one twists around the blocks to line up all the colors. (I'm blocking the name of the game right now.)
That's interesting. I see these come and go when I am in Southampton for work. I can never quite work out hos all the containers actually stay ON the ship. And also, why doesn't the ship topple over?
It never ceases to amaze me how these stay afloat and also it scares me a little the potential damage to the environment when they don’t!!! Great shot though!
