My swimmer

Both my kids were competitive swimmers forever!! They haven't swam in a long time but my daughter decided she wanted to get back in our "swim spa". This is a giant hot tub that has jets so it's basically a treadmill for swimmers. You can adjust the temperature so it's HOT like a hot tub for relaxing or turn to the temperature down and train for swimming.

So those jets actually constantly push you, and you stay in one place? Great idea for exercising in small pools... I think I saw something similar using elastic bands of some sort.

@cocokinetic Yes, you stay in one spot and swim. the jets stop you from swimming into the wall. You can adjust the speed according to how fast you want to swim.
