I was reading about motion blur last night, setting the camera to a slow speed and following the subject, to blur the background. Tried it out on this morning's dog walk, and this is the result, or one of them at least. No editing other than cropping.
That turned out pretty well, but Looks like Jasper was a little too fast for you. I do like how it turns the background into an Impressionist painting.
