This cross was placed at the summit of the Roc del Grevol by my friend Bernard. It commemorates his wife, who died ten years ago. The view is down to our village, and then out to the coast. The summit is at 903m altitude, and for my dog Jasper and I it was a 6 hour round trip today.
903 m is a nice walk. bet Jasper ate his dinner when he got home. Carrauntoohil Ireland's highest is 1039 , In Co Kerry you might give it a go nest time you are over, nice point of interest in this shot..
