The sundial at Sorède

The time is shown by the little dot of light produced as the sun shines through a hole in the pillar, though I am not sure how to read it. The time from my camera, which has not been adjusted for summer time, was 10.45. Waited for ages for an interesting vehicle to appear, a 2CV, a girl on scooter or a tractor, something like that. Eventually had to settle for a battered, probably 1980's, Peugeot 106.
Such bright vibrant colours!

Great colours in this. I'd need lessons on how to read the time on this -maybe not as interesting but a watch seems a lot more practical.
