My village, which is in the part of Catalonia that is now in France, is twinned with Bagà, which is a Catalan village of the same size in Spain. Today there was a festival to celebrate the anniversary of the twinning of our villages, and our twin village sent their dance group to perform in our outdoor theatre. It was quite an exercise in photography - concentrate on the dancers, their expressions, their movement, try to freeze their movement with a fast shutter speed, or capture movement with a slow speed. Background, angle of view, so much to think about and experiment with. I'll post a few more pics over the next few days, but on an initial review, this was my favourite photo of the day.
