This and similar photos were made with the camera in speed priority mode, set at 1,3 secs to give a bit of blur to movement. The ISO was set 'Low'. The camera tried to close the aperture down but at the limit, f22, the photo was still over-exposed. This was the effect I wanted, and I looked for scenes with bright colors to take advantage of it.
