The theme for today was "Abstract" - hopefully this looks abstract... I don't know, maybe it does. It's some pages of a magazine.
I can't believe there is only a month left (I started on Jan. 2). That seems so crazy to me. I haven't completely decided what I want to do after the year in finished. But for now, it feels like there are still so many things I haven't tried that I want to fit into this month!
neat! i would say it looks abstract! i bet if you were to crop it in even closer, it would look even more abstract?? but maybe that is just me. lol. I really like your focus and the dark shades, it looks awesome.

@kdimagery i think maybe you're right about the cropping. maybe i'll change it in Picnik. it's true we are all awesome haha! and this place is pretty addictive, i just think that once I have my baby I might find it difficult with a newborn to do everyday... we'll see.
I have been also thinking what I should do after Jan 1. I started a day before you did. What will me my New Year's Eve photo? Before I read your commentary, I thought it looked like one of those hoses that connects a clothes dryer to the vent. Nice shot, Lauren!
@laurentye well dont crop the shot if you dont want to! lol. It was just a small suggestion. your right about that...once you have that lil baby you wont have as much time for this group as you would like im sure! when are you due again? i forget....so many ppl i know are preggo or had a baby so im having a hard time keeping everyone straight! haha.
I does have an abstractness, yet it is also identifiable as leaves of a book. I think a tighter crop would have really brought out the full abstractness. Still, in it's own right it's a neat shot.
I don't know if it is abstract but it is certainly an interesting shot, by the way I finish my 365 on December 31st, I can not believe how quickly this year has gone
