Who Goes There !!!!

Faces on the Tidal Basin Inlet Bridge which was built in 1908. Are they announcing Full Bloom ? Probably not ... Next year I will find a partner and rent a paddle boat to get a different view of the blossoms and an eye to eye view of these amazing faces....
