Today is Bao Bao's birthday and time sure does fly. I got this shot last Sunday on my visit to the zoo. The BIG NEWS is Bao Bao's mom just had twin cubs yesterday. Saying a little prayer that all goes well with the new little ones. They are about the size of a deck of cards so have a lot of growing to do. Looking forward to taking baby panda cubs pictures in a couple months.

Big FAV for this big guy!! I saw the news coverage about your new twin baby pandas.....how exciting!! We have had quite a few pandas born at the San Diego Zoo, and they have a webcam set up where you can watch them every day! It is quite fun to take a break and see how they are doing! They are so very tiny when they are born, no more than a stick of butter, and absolutely no color at all!! I certainly hope both of them make it!! :-)) And, Happy Birthday, Bao Bao!!
