There are usually a few swallows in the village each year. This is a fairly recent event as it was around 20 years of being here before I saw my first Sandwick swallow. Plenty of insects about today so a good feed seemed to be order of the day.
Fortunately he hung around long enough for me to get in to position to catch him through the bushes.
