A few weeks ago, I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha at the drive thru...when I got to the window the sweet employee said they weren't sure if I wanted iced or hot, so they made both for me (and yes, the hot coffee was free) Yay!

How nice of them. I loved Starbucks until I got food poisoning, had to have a colonoscopy, a $2800 hospital bill and it ruined my Memorial weekend plans. Since 2016, I refuse to give them my business.
