As I was in the garden I saw something pale moving on the wall. On closer inspection, it was this weird caterpillar spinning itself into a cocoon under a slight overlap on the wall! It sure looked creepy with all those little pink feet !
The next day I checked, it was perfectly tucked away. I wonder how long it will take to turn into something different?
Cool shot- if I'm noticing similar features to our Tusk (Tussock- can't remember the exact word!) Moths, that's what it will be- a moth- and the spikey features usually mean it's poisonous. If you touch it by accident it will give you a little burn/rash- the caterpillar, not the moth.
