Having gone out to the Pony Cross Country Champs, decided to have lunch first then back, found them finished and was disappointed. I wanted to click a 'jump"! Went past this road, called Devils Bridge Road and remembered a wild life refuge along here. This green almost looks unnatural but it is untouched. It is not as clear as I wanted as only used my zoom.
Beautiful photo - the swans are the stars on that mirror pond. The image of the reflection creates a curtain effect highlighting the swans on stage. Brilliant!
It's so serene and lovely, Maggiemae! Your lighting and reflections are wonderful. I know what you mean about "green" water. Many of mine come up that way.. must be how the camera picks that up sometimes. I never add or touch up to make it that color either. I've been looking for a "jump" photo all week .. no luck. Probably get one AFTER the competition. lol
Love this black swan with reflection!!! I had to make it bigger to get a really good look...I never see that around here! Beautiful! I'm a no go on the jump pic so far too. Have tried several times with the dogs but no luck.
The reflection of this black swan and the area beyond them is awesome. I forgot about the jump competition. If one happens, I will take it but not holding my breath. Maybe someone will jump for me and I can take a photo.
