We have actually been pulling out most of the dandelions on the lawn as they make themselves visible with that bright yellow flower! However, this one got past the eagle eyes! It is now finished with its claim to fame and going down the garbage disposal!
Further on the journal: I've typed 6700 words and 20 pages with double lines. Mum has rode on a camel to the Pyramids, trudged up narrow streets in Pompeii, gone through the Straits of Messina, Gilbraltar and has finally docked in Tilbury!
Really love this. Fav'd! I love how clear it all is and the falling segments. Amazing composition and it all stands out so perfectly against the black background, Really stunning!
Lovely capture! They do tend to take over a lawn (and you don't get rid of them unless you pull out the root) but they make such great subjects to photograph!
Wow, it is fantastic, Maggiemae. Amazing detail. And I bet you are having a blast typing your mum's history. Such a labor of love. Sounds like she had some wonderful adventures.
And you go on that journal. Writing is hard work and very freeing.
