Which could be just so for the yachties launching their boat here in Nelson which is at the top of the South Island in NZ. They have far more sun here that is good for them - don't they know about sharing? We were having lunch just above them; you can see the head here of a person on the same level as us! Menu was seafood chowder which is good in some places, heaven in others like this place!
Three good things:
1 We had a great visit with our nephew who, in spite of having a limited life ahead of him, was most happy to see us and welcoming.
2. If you think too deeply you may regret it, I've discovered.
3. I can't work my new mobile but who cares!
I love how you have translated what you saw into this image Maggie! Your three good things made me sad and smile at the same time... life is precious and we should embrace the moment and not think too deeply as you so very rightly say.
A wonderful image of having fun in the sun. Looks very inviting. Glad you were able to enjoy your visit and bring some joy to your nephew. As far as your mobile goes...I am with you there. When I first got this last one I went into the Verizon store several times. I said "I know this is a stupid question,but..." They said "oh, no question is stupid". Then when I asked it they got blank looks on their faces and then I was SURE it was a stupid question!
Nice shot, looks like a beautiful part of NZ and I love the seafood chowder, I've only had it once on the North Island but it was one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life, on a different note, life can be very unfair at times but it's these times that makes us realise what's really important :)
Love this high key photo maggie ,...it just oozes sun & warmth & a perfect place to sit & eat seafood chowder. Must have been a bitter sweet visit & such a brave nephew made it easier for you.
A beautiful image - love that sunshine! How sad for your nephew but I bet he loved seeing you! Your words are very true we should definitely live for the moment and embrace each day and don't stress too much about those things we can't change. Big hug!
Such a gorgeous shot, Maggiemae. I'm sorry about your nephew, but I am glad you were able to brighten his life. (You always give me something to think about, Maggiemae.) There are things we can't do anything about, but you always have a great attitude--one of the things I REALLY appreciate about you!!!!
Glad you got to spend valuable memories with your nephew ☺️
