On the way home pushing my bike full of groceries in the pannier, I go past this park. It has huge trees in it and is a haven for walkers with their dogs. As lambs are also around, the dogs all have to be on leads. There is a copper beech here behind the flowering tree.
Three good things
1. I had plenty of time to push my bike up the hill
2. Some lady said, "good on you" to me!
3. I've got a delicious weight watchers meal - creamy garlic prawns and a sweet mango mesclun salad! Who says you can't eat well when trying to limit calories? (last night was hot dogs and chips!)
today's dinner sounds yummy, last night dinner is gone when you pushed your bike up the hill. What a lovely road, I can spend a whole day pushing bike along it.
Always nice to get support from others--"good on you" Maggiemae!!!!
Your WW meal sounds delicious for sure--a little better than hot dogs and chips ; )
Copper Beaches are stunning & give such a different colour scheme to our parks & gardens....I love the trees here & they look just at their spring best. Your meal sounds just up my street!! So again does chips & hot dogs unfortunately!!
Gorgeous Spring shot and it looks like a painting. Not very spring like here at this time with our deciduous trees just starting to shed all at once. Creamy garlic prawns.....yum! I'll be right over.
nice tones and colours maggie...you have spring colours and we are getting autumn colours.....and we share them via 365 ....the wonder of the internet !
@tristansmum Thanks Stephanie! I'm really quite surprised by the favs on this shot - standing in front of this place isn't as nice with the main road and its traffic right beside!
