Forgive me for posting a photo taken by my son in Japan when they had a large dump of snow! I thought he had got the shot beautifully and included grandson, grandaughter and DIL! This snow was expected in Tokyo and the shops shelves were bare, with people thinking they would be cut off! They obviously haven't seen whats happening in the USA and Canada!
Three good things:
1. This was a park in Yokohama near their home.
2. Great to see this as it happened - like within 5 mins - F/B!
3. Got Winter olympics to enjoy and admire the skill and fitness!
I guess they don't know how to handle snow in Japan. We have amazing weather in the west at the moment - we're so lucky. We took the helicopter trip over the glaciers today - fabulous, but no pictures posted yet.
Love the vast expanse of white with the colourful little figures. It has snowed steadily here all day. I don't even like to think of how much there must be on the ground by now.
Fire on here, too! Might have to shift to Central just for the summer!
I am enjoying the Olympics.
