Dull grey and wet day! I still hadn’t got a photo 3/4 of the day through! Then I tried to take a photo of a frame of 3 photos, I’d taken during a world journey in 1993. The battery gave up and I was left with just 5 photos as I had it on ‘continuous’! I processed this picture a bit to make it a bit more up to scratch as I haven’t learnt to take pictures of pictures yet.
The top photo is Turkey and our boat is moored down in the bay. The middle one is in Maratea, Southern Italy and we had a Timeshare there. Breakfast out on the balcony was the best meal of the day. The bottom photo is in Colorado, USA in the Grand Tetons.
Three good things:
1, Put the cats food outside and because it was pouring, she ran away and hid. Eventually came out but I found the outside food was completely gone! Put her out a different door and hopefully she can cope. (she has to be fed outside because she pukes inside after eating, all over the carpet - but doesn’t outside”
2. North Otago is getting lots of rain whereas North Canterbury is in a drought situation!
3. Holiday today - our first experience of ‘Monday-ised” When an event falls on Sat or Sun, then the Monday has the public holiday! Anzac day was on Sat.
4..I've now decided I don't like this creation - will try for a better one once I get the lighting right - its got glass on it.
Sounds like you went on a wonderful holiday in the nineties! Good to have a proper framed photo to look at whenever you go past. Poor little cat, how very strange she sicks up her indoor feed......I have never heard of a cat doing that! Rain for you & sun but blooming cold here....will be cold for Brian & Lesley when they land!
I love your idea of a good things list. I do am email every morning to my walking buddies and the ladies we go out with for GNO (Girl's Night Out) adventures and because of you I put a good things list up every morning.
