Innocent faces.. by maggiemae

Innocent faces..

From a bare and almost empty camp to a fully alive one! There was a school here on a holiday camp complete with bicycles etc. They had to put up their own tents but in the course of events, they became quite loud and animated! John went over to them and suggested that they respected the fact they were in a public space and needed to be aware of the noise they were making!!

Three good things:
1. After this, they split up and went into separate tents which was OK.
2. At 9pm they were again in full force but we had learnt there was a guy who could get them organised within 5 minutes!
3. A wonderful early morning shot of the last lake which I shall post.
When our Boy Scouts camp, they try not to be close to anyone else, because they can be quite loud, as well. They don't camp in very many public campground, luckily.

Ah...nightmare camping experience, potentially, if peace and quiet were the intended goal! Sounds like John was masterful in the situation. And they do look cute in their camp circle.

He couldn't of been giving them too much of a bollicking as some have smiles on their faces... the kid on the right is plugged into his sounds so he can't hear anything.. guess they will be on their bike early morning..

@julzmaioro This lot was the ones who didn't want to go swimming. There must have been about 30 of them. They are doing the Otago Rail Trail, Julia!

They don't seem to be too disturbed with John's instructions

@grammyn John is the ultimate tactful person and can tell people off without them knowing that they are, Katy!

@maggiemae well good on John!

He's got their rapt attention. Lad on the right is rapt with something else.

If only they knew who was talking to them! They look pretty good natured though and you have to expect teens to be noisy. Even the quiet ones get noisy every now and then. Fun shot and love the title!

Lovely capture of your temporary neighbours. One of the best features of caravaning is that either they move on or you do.

They look good humoured despite the polite words. Glad all is under control.

@summerfield I think they did, and were more pleased to be able to talk to him than concerned about why he came!

@stray_shooter That's right Ron - but before this it was who can shout the loudest!

One of the traits I inherited from my mom was a voice that carries for miles. Your husband would have gotten stern with me for sure in this circumstance! Smile.
