There seems to be always a Chinese Quarter in so many of the big cities! This is in Ottawa and I’m sorry I couldn’t stand in the middle of the road and avoid this power pole. I may not have survived!
I have chosen another app to make this power pole look less annoying.
Three Good Things:
1. I found “Anna’s Hair Salon” here in this Chinese area - it had two elderly Chinese fellows who didn’t look like Anna at all! However the haircut that I got, couldn’t’ be faulted! All short now for the hot weather.
2. Believe it or not, I chose to have a roof top spa experience in temps of 35deg C! Once you were under the water it didn’t matter at all!
3. There is a lot of great Art in this city - I just have to find it!
@alophoto Though I have to admit...the Canadian drivers are so polite, they would stop if you jay walked........ or stood in the middle of the road with a camera!
You are having an adventure Maggie! I can't see the power pole at all as it's so busy & colourful! You are right of course the Chinese quarters in cities seem to be essential to city life!
Fascinating architecture and color. Your choice of processing accents that quite nicely. I think I might have just cloned out the top part of the light pole and let the bottom blend in with the architecture. It would hardly have been noticed.
