The Museum of History was on our agenda, it being in such a neat architectural style - like a series of waves or wind! Ottawa likes to impress!
Three good things:
1 This was outside an exhibition entitled, “HOCKEY’!
2. Fascinating history of the aborigine peoples of Canada
3. There was a big event in the Great Hall - some sort of ‘commonwealth’ conference - tables for 40 with 6 place settings. The stage had a band ready to perform - nobody will be able to hear a word!
I was getting excited about the hockey bit but I realise it will be the ice version! My daughter nearly went to Ottawa instead of Vancouver until she looked at the winter temperatures!
