Pavlova by maggiemae

Pavlova

Never tasted such light and soft crisp/creamyness!
Daughter who is a NZer has perfected this recipe with less sugar and something also added.

Three good things:
1. A pavlova in England!
2. Too wet and cold to walk anywhere so comfy seating was good.
3. My nails are growing - no dishes and no gardening!
It sounds heavenly!

I am not a fan of meringue or pavlova but this does look tasty!

Scrumptious looking with the sharpness if the kiwi fruit and passion fruit to counteract the sweetness of the meringue ! Super shot Maggie !
Sorry the weather is not very inviting at the mo . in the UK - Been snowing like mad at the moment with a dusting of snow over the lawn !

creating a good pavlova is an excellent skill to possess. This one looks almost good enough to make up for the miserable rain.

Pavlova is unknown in France so we have been able to shock and rock the French with it. No brainer dessert. Very good also with grapes.

This looks great and I am sure better with less sugar and things that are not so good to eat. Nice to stay warm as well. You make me laugh, longer nails with no gardening and dishes. I like your slice of cake in the bottom right corner and your name on your photos as well. FAV
