From history to the present - I put sugar water in the wisteria pot and the birds loved the pruned branches, Its plenty of places to perch and wait!
This is another of the wee ring-eyes that flock for my food. John calls them, ‘my family’!
Three good things;
1. The World Cup Sevens Rugby competition was on in San Francisco and NZ won the top spot in both men and women’s teams.
2. Failure in the kitchen - slow cooker was too slow. Never mind, I’l give ‘em hell tomorrow!
3. Got a book I’ve been waiting for for a year or two - finally reached our library!
He is patiently waiting his turn. I see from your tag that you have given the different names for this bird. We call them silver eye here. Not easy to photograph either, David chased one for ages before managing to get a decent photo of him.
This is lovely. Well I just don’t know what a wisteria pot is. I know what a wisteria shrub is, though. You are much more patient than I am, waiting a year or two for a book! Oh my!
